Everything You Need to Pack For European Summer Vacation

When I travel, I always travel in style- especially when I go to Europe. While trends come and go, European fashion tends to stick to the classics with an emphasis on quality fabrics. Not sure what to pack for your next European vacation? Here are the must-have pieces and staples you need to look your chicest.

Monochrome Elegance

A monochrome outfit is the quickest way to achieve an effortless and refined look in any European city. Find a tailored suit or matching set to add a sharpness to your summer wardrobe. I love an all-white or beige look with a statement handbag and elegant jewelry.

Linen Pants

Breathable fabrics like linen are the way to go in Europe, especially since air-conditioning there is pretty much non-existent. White linen pants are my go-to choice for packing since they can be paired with almost any color. Try a wide leg with a cotton shirt for a relaxed look, and if you’re going to a beachy town, linen pants are perfect as a swimsuit cover-up.

Sundresses for Days

A breezy sundress is an essential in any European city. Pick a statement cotton dress with a fun print or a simple linen dress for a classic look. Pair it with a sandal and don’t forget your sunnies to complete the look.

Ballet Flats or Sneakers for Comfort

Just like New York, most European cities are built for walking on foot. You wouldn’t catch me wearing five inch heels walking around any city, so I opt for cute flats or trendy sneakers. I’m loving Rothy’s Mary Jane flats- they are made of recycled plastic and machine washable!

You don’t to break the bank for a European-inspired wardrobe. All you need are smart, elevated pieces made from high-quality fabrics. Ready to elevate your travel wardrobe?
